Marcia Galvinhill

Marcia Galvinhill, Ph.D.

Marcia is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in providing psychotherapy. She earned her doctorate at the University of Cincinnati, where she completed an internship at the Counseling and Psychological Services Center. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan and is especially interested in working with students as they transition to college and adulthood. Areas of clinical interest include mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues, adjustment issues, diversity, identity development, and trauma. Outside of work, Marcia enjoys taking walks and gardening with her husband, spending time with her children and friends, hiking and camping, playing with her dogs, and reading.

Mary Xatse

Mary is a licensed mental health counselor raised in Worcester. She graduated from the University of New Haven with a bachelor’s in criminal justice with a concentration in forensic psychology, and received her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. She is also a nationally certified counselor. Mary comes to CPG with experience in counseling outreach and programming on a college campus. Clinically, she has an integrative approach that combines mindfulness-based practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy. She enjoys working with college students and assisting them with the various transitions and challenges that they may encounter in life.  Mary loves being creative (specifically painting, drawing, and writing), reading, putting together furniture (strange, but true), and spending time with family and friends.

Rachel Brazie

Rachel is a Clinical Social Worker hailing from Western Massachusetts. They did their undergraduate work at NYU, creating an individualized concentration exploring community, narrative, and identity. They completed graduate work at Simmons University, earning a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Certificate in Trauma Practice. They have experience working with both youth and adults in residential, in-home, and outpatient settings.

As a Non-binary and Queer person, they are passionate about supporting the mental health needs of LGBTQIA+ community members and greatly enjoy supporting young people as they explore and develop their unique identities. Rachel’s clinical practice pulls from Internal Family Systems, Liberation Health, and Polyvagal Theory, weaving social justice and exploration of power, oppression, and resilience into all aspects of their work. They also enjoy integrating body-based mindfulness practices, play, and art-making into sessions.

Outside of work, Rachel can be found belting along to musicals, crafting (visit their office for all the craft supplies), swimming in the nearest lake, river, or ocean (no matter the temperature), and adventuring with their corgi, Ziggy.

Anushaka Mohapatra

Anushka is a nationally certified counselor who received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development and Master of Education in Counselor Education from Pennsylvania State University. She had previously worked as a Registered Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist for kids with autism. She has served as a Community Health Educator and Counselor providing mental health services and alcohol interventions to college students.

Anushka’s areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Addictions, PTSD, Communication, Behavior Disorders, Autism, and Career Development.  Her exposure to the struggles of individuals in the psychiatric center and those facing adversity in their daily lives drove her to become a mental health counselor. Anushka takes pride in having worked with different populations through various experiences that have allowed her to learn and grow in different aspects of life,  significantly contributing to the counselor she is today. 

Anushka is an active listener and a highly empathic and dedicated clinician. She combines her love for travel and cuisine by going on adventures where she can explore new food and places. For Anushka, it is essential to understand the client’s worldviews and thought processes to establish a successful therapeutic relationship. 

Justin Donovan

Justin received his doctorate in clinical psychology from Pacific University of Oregon. He has over a decade of experience in college counseling and has a passion for helping students as they develop their identities as young adults. He has additional clinical interest in guiding people with concerns related to anxiety, mood, relationships (including couples therapy), trauma, LGBTQIA+, and diversity. He approaches counseling from a variety of clinical orientations, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gestalt, and other person-centered modalities. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends, and prides himself on being a movie and NBA buff.

Amanda Vincent

Amanda Vincent, Ph.D.

Amanda received their doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. She specializes in therapy for individuals with anxiety, mood, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as coaching and support for parents of children with anxiety and disruptive behavior concerns. Amanda has trained extensively in public sector mental health, and as a queer person and first-generation college graduate, they are passionate about blending evidence-based practices, cultural humility, and community consultation to support marginalized and underserved populations. Her clinical style is integrative and combines cognitive-behavioral, social justice/advocacy, and person-centered approaches with warmth and humor.  

Outside of work, Amanda recharges by spending time outdoors, trying new recipes, or playing with their cat. She is equally happy reading a good book or enjoying a gaming session with her partner and friends.

Amy Bevan

Amy is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in counseling psychology. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Tufts University. After beginning her career in technology research and consulting, Amy spent 15+ years working in healthcare management while also raising a family. In 2020, when months-long waits for accessing mental health support became the norm amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, Amy realized that her background and early studies of psychology might enable her to help meet this significant and growing need in her community. Since returning to academia in pursuit of her MA and LMHC, Amy has especially loved her studies of human development and her practicum work at the Wayside Youth and Family Support Network in Framingham. Amy is excited to bring her knowledge of adolescent and young adult development as well as her varied career and life experiences to Clark’s CPG. Amy’s favorite quote from all of her master’s coursework comes from developmental psychologist Urie Bronfenbrenner, who said that “every child needs at least one adult who is irrationally crazy about” them. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, cooking, and kayaking with her family.

Jada

Jada Hinds Williams

Jada is a clinical mental health counseling graduate student pursuing her master’s degree at Sacred Heart University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Throughout her professional and academic journey, she has had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including first-generation college students, students of color, individuals experiencing homelessness, students with disabilities, and refugees.

In her clinical work, she takes a compassionate and collaborative approach, blending mindfulness-based practices, person-centered techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapy to empower clients in deepening their self-awareness and navigating life’s challenges with resilience. Her goal is to equip clients with the tools, resources, and support they need to lead fulfilling, authentic lives.

After becoming licensed, she aspires to open a wellness center that integrates mental health counseling with holistic healing practices, creating a space where individuals can find both emotional and spiritual balance.

Outside of counseling, she enjoys creative writing, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Alex Cutler

Dr. Cutler is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with a medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine/NY State American program in Tel Aviv, Israel. He earned a bachelor’s in neuroscience with a minor in Spanish from Bates College, and a master’s in medical science from Boston University. He completed both his adult psychiatry residency and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Hofstra North Shore–LIJ School of Medicine at Zucker Hillside Hospital Program. His areas of clinical interest include sleep, mood disorders, and anxiety. In addition to his work at Clark, Dr. Cutler is the college psychiatrist at Holy Cross and Assumption College, and he has a private practice in Worcester. In his spare time, he enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Mackenzie is an administrative assistant with over five years of experience. One of her favorite aspects of her job is interacting with students. She finds it rewarding to see their growth and progress. When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her loved ones. These activities help her to recharge and stay focused.
